Thats something I was wondering too. On my Trek hybrid, I avg a little above or below 10 .....I need to speed it up I guess. :-)

:-) Im 52 and would like to loose about 25 lbs...thought I'd give this a try. So far all the journaling is keeping me on track...but only day 3. LOL
