I'm of them just over 3 months, cold turkey. I find it hardest when I have a drink but It gets easier. I gave up for a year in 2011 and just happened to start for 6 months. I am bad for night time treats. What works for me is if I cut back on my calories just a bit during the day maybe for lunch or dinner, then in the evening I have my treat. Something I really enjoy like popcorn or chocolate it seems to keep the snack monster at bay. If I feel I can't help but snack late I have some diet…
