I have those days too and actually just had one Friday when I ate all my calories just at lunch (whoops) it just motivated me to work harder the following days :) good luck and keep logging the good the bad and the ugly and it will get better :D

I personally think sweetener tastes gross :s. If you only have a little in tea and coffee then why not just use regular sugar or brown sugar? I would personally just stick with the regular stuff :) . I'm no expert at all but I've always heard that sugar is sugar regardless of what kind it is.

I don't really have any suggestions for you but just wanted to say thanks for posting that workout program you are doing. This is exactly what I've been looking for! I always feel like a chicken with my head cut off at the gym trying to figure out what I'm going to do next lol. This seems like a great start :)

If they don't have a job and don't have real goals then THAT is DEFINITELY a deal breaker. If they are going nowhere in their life then that is not someone I want in my life at my age :) You don't need a car and you do need to have some sort of living arrangements IMO :D

I LOVE tea but I don't drink it for weight loss. I do think it is a great alternative so you dont have to drink water all the time. I usually order mine from David's Tea which is A-Mazing!

In my opinion I LOVE them on anyone (as long as they are done well) and I have a few. I personally would not get tattoos on my neck, face or hands but everyone has their own opinion.

Are you doing any ab specific workouts?
