Wowzers! That's a big change. Thankfully my period started 3 weeks late. It seems way heavier than normal. :/ at least it's back. :) it felt so wrong the last 3 weeks. I never thought I'd say that. :O

I usually use 693 calories on my long walk, once a week. Then during the week, I use about 270 calories 2x more. I try not to eat up the calories I burned off. For my weight, MFP had me at 2020 calories a day. There are days when I don't exercise, and I don't eat up all my calories.

So this begs the question....if you work out without resting, will you be able to keep it up to maintain the new body, you'll create? I imagine that inadequate rest may cause injury to your body. So even if you may be able to pull it off for a while, out may start to take a toll on your body. Good luck.

I agree with not advertising things. The only people whoknow that I'm trying to get healthy are my supporters. People who will lift me up, not pull me down.sounds cheesy, but we have to set ourselves up for success!

Where I work, it seems like everyone is eating healthy.its the people with fast food that seem embarrassed on their own...because most of us are munching on healthy stuff. First and foremost congrats on losing 65lbs. Amazing! I want my fat belly to get lost, and my inner thighs to slim down.
