  • I have lost about an average of 30 pounds... I started in January on 2012. The first 15 pound were easy, but the last were a bit harder! I am only 5'1" and I started about 154. For sure it's hard work!! stay focused on regular exercise and healthy eating choices!!! cut out fast food and soda!! or limit to just once a week…
