I had the same problem and this is my second week of taking a day off. I feel real guilty about it as well as questioning everything I eat. I have to remember it is not about perfection it is about change. My personal trainer said the same things as beliamia did

My trainer says you need to try and eat close to your calories because your body will start slowing its meatabolism down to compensate for the lower calories that is why I eat 6 to 7 small meals a day. I know how you feel I have the same problem

I use to weigh daily that was the most frustrating thing to do myself so now I weigh in every five weels and yes it is hard. I am looking forward to a dr visit monday so they will weigh me in and I wont break my commitment to not weigh except when I am suppose to. I feel you pain

I agree with Holton Its easier to find a better job when you have a job. You deserve the challenge and happiness or fullfillment of a job thats right up your alley. Try oatmeal no milk but add apples and cinnamon microwave all together or other fresh or frozen fruit that is not frozen in juice.
