The amount of sugar certain fruits contains. Now i stick to mostly berries. Also, the small amount of protein in egg whites. This probably doesn't bother most people. Thank you for sharing your story. To often, we do not take the time to figure out what triggered our love of food that led to the weight gain. It's a emotional process, but so worth it in the end.

Hi Scott. I'm Angela from Georgia, Savannah to be exact. I had the hungry feeling at first, but it went away after a little over a week. When I would get them, I would drink water (sometimes I would add slices of lemon). If that didn't help, I would chew sugarless gum.

Slim Quick was a complete waste of money. I tried it for 2 months. I lost the same amount of weight that I had been losing before I tried it. Alli worked, but the gas and gross slimy BMs were not worth it (sorry so graphic).
