Just seen your post when I did a search for 'Clydesdale'. My reason being, that I have just become non-Clydesdale for the first time in decades. Now I need to ramp up my running speed to take advantage of the lack of excess baggage. I live in Scotland, and we have a 'West Coast' - but I expect that's not the one you mean.
