I can't see your diary so i'm not sure where your at right now. You can try starting at 40% carbs, 30% protein, 30% fat. This may be difficult at first to stay under carbs if you are currently eating a lot more, but try to stick to it! Your body will get used to it and you wont crave as much carbs after a while.
