Hi there, I find that if I make a big pan of vegetable soup and freeze some or keep some in the fridge I can get rid of hunger pangs without doing too much damage to my calorie count or purse. Sue x :wink:

I too used Allen Carr's book and its been nearly 10 years now. I would recommend this book to anyone struggling to give up, and I would like to add my congratulations to all you "quitters" out there. Sue x :wink:
