I'm right there with you! I lost the first 141 lbs so easily. Every week I'd have a drop in pounds. Since May though I have just been up and down in the same 10lb range. It's incredibly frustrating... but I am not giving up.

Hi! I'm 5'5" and currently 191lbs! I've already lost 141lbs, so my weight loss has slowed down some the last 2 months. I was losing about 10lbs a month for the 8 months! I eat about 1500 calories a day, some days I eat back my exercise, other days I don't. :)

Definitely outside! The treadmil is boring and the miles just drag by so slowly. Outside seems much easier and isn't nearly as boring!
