I add 1-2 tsp of brown sugar, 1 pat of butter and 1/4-1/2 cup of diced peaches. It's taste great and it keeps me full until lunch time. It's costs me roughly 250-275 calories but it's worth it. If I just eat my greek yogurt and a piece of fruit for breakfast I end up getting hungry and needing a snack around 9:30-10.... so…

1) I'm a lefty put I play all sports right handed....yet I can not brush my teeth or eat with my right hand?? 2) I'm a nerd and ok with it...documentries, Harry Potter, crocheting, audio books, etc! 3) I've only lived on 3 different streets in 30 years.

Dr Quinn Medicine Woman....I know she didn't have a physically strong apperance but she sure lined out a lot of cowboys :) But I'm nurse maybe that's I why I lean towards her :) GI Jane was pretty bad *kitten* too!! I remember wanting to be able to do one arm push arms and impress my jock brother!

I use resistance bands. They are super cheap and fold away in a drawer when your done. YouTube has several vidoes you can follow to help you get started. Good luck!!
