i personally can not eat anything before i work out! it upsets my stomach!! So i usually wait till after my workout to eat!! i think it all comes down to your body!!

on my busy days, i just get my butt out of bed in the morning and go, amek myself go.. sure i would much rather stay in bed and sleep the next 2 hours, but i know that i have to do this in order to make myself feel better!! you can do it, we are all here for you!!! just push yourself!! even if it is only for 15 minutes.

I DON'T EAT INDIAN FOOD, BUT WHAT I USUALLY DO IF MY IN LAWS HAVE US OVER I USUALLY TAKE LIKE A SUBSTITUE SIDE, SO IF THEY ARE HAVING POTATOES I TAKE BROWN RICE, IT MAKES IT LESS CALORIES FOR ME AND THEY KNOW I AM ON A DIET SO THEY UNDERSTAND!! GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR DECISION!!
