dieters tea. it is sold at rite aid. don't know if you have one of them or not. but it works well. usually within a few hours.

i love this. im just starting and i hate all the low fat/ low cal stuff. most people don't eat like that regularly. so i'm trying to just eat less of what i like. i do have to start exercising though i know that. add me
