  • I had the exact same symptoms under the lower inside of my knee cap. Thought I was doing the right quad muscle exercises and it never got better. I got a referal for physical therapy and the therapist identified the problem and after just 2 sessions of doing the right strength exercises for my knee the pain had…
  • What about handheld water bottles?
  • I have hypothyroidism and have lost more weight than I could have imagined this year. I had tried on my own to lose weight and it was such a struggle. I tried running, going to the gym and eating what I thought was healthy. Last March was the first time I joined an accountability group and I began P90X. It was kind of like…
  • I have a 20 mile training run to do tomorrow too. I hope your run goes well and can listen to your body if you feel your injury bothering you again and can push past negative thoughts of quitting if you feel ok otherwise.
  • I would try the 20 mile run out. See how you feel on your long run. If you totally struggle it may be best to wait.
  • Running my first marathon Feb 2nd. Longest run so far is 20 miles.
  • I think it could be done. I see a lot of people walk/run on race day. If your goal is to just get across the finish line before they close the course, then yes. • I bought it previously through groupon and it is great.
  • I want in! I planned on starting my next round in the morning. 8/12. I will be making you my coach. I am looking for a group of people who can stick with the commitment they are making. I hope to be an encourager to others too.
  • I have young children too and I found I had the most most success on the weeks I prepared my food. I choose one day to prep food and cook certain thing like chicken in bulk, that way I could have it ready for many meals during the week. It is more expensive to eat according to the p90x diet guide I was using, but I found…
  • I had a total thyroidectomy a few years ago so I can't comment on if it helps improve hashimoto's symptoms. I have seen success with GF/CF in my weight loss hypothyroid symptoms like sluggishness, fog brain, the amount of energy I have and the arthritic pain in my left knee has pretty much gone away and that amazes me. I…
  • My experience after having a tt was a crazy weight gain and loss roller coaster ride as we tried to figure out the right medication dosage. I was in the Air Force and being overweigh is a no no, but I gained 20 lbs in 6 months then lost it. I believe it took about 18 months for my body to adjust and figure out that we were…
  • http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm My beachbody coach shared this website with me to judge how many calories we should be shooting for. Working your butt off and not fueling your body and eating too few calories made it hard for me to get a good workout in I was just feeling too week. I added 200…
