If you've entered your goal & timeframe in the FitBit App & MFP, they are both giving you the total calories you need to eat to maintain MINUS the amount you need to need to forego in order to lose. I made a pact with myself to not drink at all during the week... It saves a ton of cals & money! It also makes you appreciate that glass SO much more. (By the way, weekend is Friday the second I get home from work - Sunday night!) :)

I had this problem before too. Can you try adding ~100 cal snacks between meals like greek yogurt or fruit? Also, adding a protein shake at some point during the day helps a lot.

Vodka & water w/ a lime is your best bet! I swear I don't get as hungover when I drink those all night either. Beer, unfortunately, is the devil.

I had this same issue and after doing some research, I decided it was caused by the iron + empty stomach combo. It's fairly common. However, as long as I took it with a substantial meal and after drinking a few glasses of water, I would be fine. Empty stomach though, game over. Just find something that works for you!

I'm 5'10" and started at 182lbs. I am down to 165lbs currently, but my goal is 140-145lbs. According to "www.caloriescount.com", a healthy weight range is 132-173lbs.
