  • I try not to eat my exercise calories other wise whats the sense in exercising? Think it would work better and you would lose more weight if you stick to the calories you are supposed to eat and exercise more. can't figure it out but i joined in September 09 and have lost 13 pounds. whatever works for you.

  • went off track too last week. went away for a few days with my husband and didn't get to exercise and went off my diet. just get back on track. start today and move forward
  • breakfast--light yougurt and black coffee lunch--can of soup and half slice of whole wheat bread(homemade) supper--steamed veggies and some rice and chicken breast. snack this am cheese and crackers. getting tired of eating yogurt and soup all the time.
