Are you certain that you're eating at a deficit? Exercise is great but if you eat as much as you burn, you will not loose weight. Make sure you eat at a deficit, you will loose weight. It doesn't matter if it is your first 15 pounds or your last 3 pounds.

MFP currently has me eating 1760 calories in order to loose 1lb per week. I eat SOME of my exercise calories back but only IF I feel hungry. If I am not hungry I don't eat. I recommend not giving yourself weekends off for tracking. Eat a bit more if you like but track. It's the only way you'll know your overall caloric intake.

Get on a good lifting program. If you're working the same muscles on Thursday as you did on Tuesday they WILL be tired. They need time to repair after each workout. Congrats on your progress so far! edit: oops, just noticed that you're only doing cardio, not weights. Please disregard my reply (except the congrats part)
