  • Good Morning. I am finishing the second week of induction. I started at 226 and am now down to 218.2. It was so nice to drop below 220 for the first time in 2 years. I am hoping that I can get get down to 210 by the end of the month. Good Luck to everyone!
  • I'm ready. I am on day 6 of induction and I have lost 6 lbs so far. My goal is to stay on induction for the month and I am hoping to lose another 10-15 lbs. I found that I have a harder time staying on track on the weekend. I keep wandering into the kitchen even though I am not hungry. I feel like I should be hungry.
  • Thank you for the info. I am going to look it up. I was very proud of myself last night. We had a birthday party for one of my kids and I managed to stay away from the cake and ice cream!
