So I just found this website today... YAY!! I need to lose 90-100 lbs. I am giving myself 1 year. I am about to be 30 years old and by my 31st bday I want to be smokin' hot LOL... wish me luck!! :tongue: If any of you could give me one tip that would help me what would that be?
