Almond cheese would work.

For many years, my only carbs are from vegetables. I don't track or count calories so I have no idea how many grams I consume. Do you eat dairy? If so, maybe cut down a bit and see if you're at your target amount.

Chicken curry over zoodles.

I love mine and use it constantly! Not only do things cook quicker, I think many things taste better.

I eat a big breakfast (roasted vegetable and egg casserole topped with shredded chicken, salsa and Kimchi) at about 4:30 am and get to the gym about 5:45 am. When I get to work at 8:00 I have a small snack.

I make blackened halibut a lot, right in a pan with avocado oil. Lately, my favorite is dover sole stuffed with lump crab meat. I mix the crab meat with a little chipotle avocado oil mayo, minced red pepper and scallions, hot sauce and old bay. I top mine with blackening seasonings but my husband likes his with garlic,…

Just turned 50 and am just as active as ever. I go to the gym 7 days a week, kayak, paddleboard. I haven't found anything that I'm too old to do.

I make this all the time in the oven with soaked ancho chilis. The marinade is a lot so I usually split it in two packages and freeze one. http://www.culinaryhill.com/chipotle-chicken/
