It's when you either grate, use your food processor or blender to chop up cauliflower to use in place of (or some people use it mixed with) rice.

As you can see, everyone's idea of healthy is different. I, personally, would never eat them. I batch cook and freeze so I always have a variety of choices available that fit my definition of healthy. You should look at the ingredients and decide for yourself.

I batch cook and freeze also, so I always have many choices on hand.

My husband likes it under beef or pork ragu.

In my opinion, there's a big difference between plain frozen vegetables and sauced ones as far as being healthy. Since I don't believe the OP stated exactly what he/she was referring to, I find it very difficult to answer. I will eat frozen vegetables in my soup anytime, but would never eat the ones that have sauce.…

Cholula hot sauces...all of them. I also use so many different spices from Penzeys. My favorites are fajita, chili powder, forward, cumin, mural of flavor and fox point. I also use Za'atar frequently. It's pretty much the only spice I use that isn't from Penzeys as I don't care theirs.

I used to eat so many sugary things, mostly candy. Many years ago I went on South Beach Diet which, for the first two weeks, you don't have fruit, grains or pretty much anything with added sugar. It was a rough two weeks for me but after those two weeks were over, I didn't want them anymore. I still don't eat grains; I eat…

I saute very quickly. If you want them a little less watery, salt them about 10 minutes prior to cooking and squeeze out the water.

It can be however you like it. If you like it to have more bite, then just cook it less. If you like mushy, cook it longer.

I spend about $250 a week for a family of three plus my dog (I make her food), plus an additional $129 per month on Butcher Box. I don't buy powders or bars and we very rarely eat out.
-
I only use them in soup and and I make my own dog food so frozen peas and carrots go in that as well.

I don't count or log and never have. I stay away from sugar (including fruit) and grains. My diet consists of protein and vegetables for the most part. I am not looking to lose weight, just maintain. Some say it's not sustainable but I've been eating like this for many years and feel better than ever. I also workout…

I make a roasted vegetable and egg casserole for breakfast. I top it with shredded chicken, salsa and kimchi.

I make huge batches of soup over the weekend for the week.

Definitely think about the Instant Pot, it's one of my best, if not the best, kitchen buy I have made (and I have just about every gadget there is).

Go on halotop.com. It not only tells where they sell it but also what flavors each store carries.

I have a huge breakfast at around 4:00 a.m. before the gym. I don't count calories so I can't comment on that but I don't believe it's too high. What I eat is a large serving of roasted vegetable and egg white casserole topped with shredded chicken, salsa and kimchi. The only snack I have throughout the day is when I get…

I do the same.

80% vegetables 20% meat of some kind.

I make Mexican cauliflower rice all the time. So good!

Stay away from added sugars. I don't eat sugar or grain and my triglycerides are 47.

It's definitely possible. I never had vegetables growing up other than potatoes and corn for a can. The first time I had broccoli was after I got married..and I did not like it at all! When I decided to start taking care of myself and eat healthy, I tried just about every vegetable, still didn't like them. I continued to…
