You and me both! I always say if I were stranded on a deserted island, one of the things I would want to have with me is an unlimited supply of potatoes! I never met a potato I didn't like! When I make mashed potatoes, I use fat free milk and Parkay spray butter (it has no calories or fat), both in moderation, of course.…

I use Oikos or Fage 0% Greek Yogurt. Sometimes I just sprinkle some sweetener of my choice in it and eat it plain, sometimes I add berries, nuts, etc. Greek yogurt is PACKED full of protein, so it makes a great snack before your workout.
