:drinker: I think in general, protein gets a bad rap. While lots of fat is not a good thing, our skin needs a little to say healthy. Protein is filling and keeps us satisfied for a longer time than sugar's and such. Its all in how you prepare it and the choices of cuts and of course the serving size.
