I need to get my sh#$ together again. I need to add strength in and have A LOT of makeup to do in my training. I could definitely use more support on here too.

Respect is such a big one! I've been in some really bad relationships and from the second I met my husband I felt safe and nurtured. He respects my intelligence, as a person, a mother and is proud of me as a wife. He supports my running and tells people he adores me. Now that's he home permanently, he carries most of the…

Physically I like the stomach area. My hubby is naturally thin (of course he is lol) and has a tattoo on his abs. Totally hot! Personality wise he balances me and as strange as it may sound, someone who can stand up to me occasionally. :) I am definitely a dominate personality and he lets me rule my little roost, but…

I used to struggle with emotional eating, now I am an avid runner. I leave it on the road. Also, since I have to chew gum when I workout it gives my mouth something to do. I struggle with bored eating because I work at home. I use gum for that too. My husband is try to gain weight (ironically the same amount I am working…

I love the replies. lol I am going to log actual 8 oz. I already know I drink over a gallon a day, but then it looks like I'm an overachiever.

Congrats on your little one and your race! I ran until I was about 6 months preggers and my ligaments couldn't take it anymore. I am two months post-baby and getting back out there with a 5K on Saturday. Hoping to set a PR and kick my butt into training for my first full marathon in May.

I just have to say I saw your highest and lowest and have to applaud you're amazing determination! Congrats on a new you!

Is this supposed to include daily life and house stuff? I don't usually log that.

Totally didn't do it. And I was going to start an at home strength routine today. Among the busyness I forgot. Such is a crazy life. lol

Weekly Update: 18.92 miles.

I'm in :)

I took sugar off my diary settings. I had the same problem.

I'm joining late, but I track my miles on MMR. I have been sidelined because my foot tat is healing, but I have 12.36 miles so far. These are mostly walks since I can't wear socks and running shoes. Should be back out on the road tomorrow morning :) I'll set my goal at 50 miles for this month. I'll have to find the…

I am thinking about using his program to train for the full marathon I am doing next May. Right now I am post-baby (via c-section #4) and am getting back to running my pre-baby distances. I am going to start hard training in January and should have myself back to where I was by then. I ran my first half last September.…

Totally went past my expectations AND while being sidelined from running. 9/1: 186 9/8: 182.6

I tried Greek yogurt for the first time this morning. Not too bad with the flavor. The protein will help since I don't eat read meat. We don't have any BBQs or anything this weekend, but I bought salmon burgers and sandwich thins for when my hubby and kids want to grill brats.

I didn't even end up getting them done. lol

I'm in... 9/1: 186

310!! Yea! What's tomorrows challenge? lol
-
I'm in and with a late start. Told my hubby he has to and even me toddlers want to. lol
-
My legs hurt just thinking about it. lol
-
Beautiful. I love watching for successes like that. Inches and things like puffiness are way better than pounds lost.
-
The first one is for survival! lol I will be doing my first 5K post-baby in a couple of weeks. I'm struggling mentally knowing I did a half marathon last year and have to start over from being sidelined. Survival is my goal for this one.

I was using My Calorie Counter and a friend told me about MyFitnessPal. I love some of the features I didn't have on the other site. The food listing seems to be much bigger too. I also like that all I have to do is track my workouts and not every minute of my day. The estimate of daily burn is awesome. I am a mommy of…
