At my last weigh in Monday I was at 167.7. I am managing to lose even though I am totally not on track or making an effort what so ever. I would love to be at my goal weight by Christmas which means another 45 lbs. Guess that means I need to get it together. I will do my weigh and measure on the 1st.

Yesterday was over my calorie target, but logged everything even the bad stuff which is good. Today wasn't bad. Ended the day with a ridiculous overload Szechuan takeout calorie bomb dinner and I feel like **** for it. Still ended up a maintenance day which is better than a gain day because I never did get my run or workout in. Does yelling at your kids count as a workout? lol Better day tomorrow!

I am a work-at-home mom of 4 (1, 3, 4, 6) and the snack all day problem is exactly what I deal with too. I am a runner and my hubby is an at-home parent as well. So that is a great thing for my workouts.
