You guys have a better handle on the percetages stuff then I do, what would be a place to start for a non-runner? That's something I haven't really looked at but I'd like to give it a shot and see where i'm could go. Maybe that would help me work on something since i'm not up for working out right now.

when I was pressed for space in my living room (my area rug size 5x8 was all the space I had ) I did jumping jacks, squats, cruches, arm curls. The rest of my day went a little better, unproductive but I had ME time. I still couldn't get a grasp on any energy so I had yet another cup of joe at my friends house. I brush my teeth right after dinner and only allow myself water. I hate to have to brush them again right before bed so that keeps me from snacking. I've also resorted to the teeth whitening strips if I really really want something then I really dont' want to eat anything LOL

I will have to try the apple, sounds tasty! I usually stick with 2tbs raisans, 1/2 tbs peanut butter & a dash of cinnamon + stevia! I also sometimes put in small spoon full of applebutter so I'm sure the real apple chunks will be delicious!
