  • ok thanks guys, I have a fitbit flex, so it's the basic version just records steps. So adjusted steps gave me 184 calories burned + my circuit for 20 min was 215 burned. and that was for approx. 45 min of exercise
  • I have the fitbit flex it's the basic version and I keep it on my non dominant hand while working out. I have checked it before and after my works out videos and I usually only added a few steps not enough to make any change to calories burned that it registers
