  • Keep up the good work, we all have bad days.. SHEESH I've had a bad week but let's do this together. We can do this, we just need to keep on with the good days! I've had to pick myself up several times this week and try really hard not to give up. But my husband so bluntly put it 2 days ago, "isn't this what makes you stop…

  • today has been a hard day for me. Just a rough day all around and I'm hoping I can pick myself up sometime today but so far i'm not there yet. I've only had 3 cups of water today, i'm -300 with my calories and my kids have been fighting ALL day. Thank goodness it's friday but is it bed time yet?

  • Great job! so sad about the boob loss, I can relate. Seems to be the first place I loose inches  When I was going to weight watchers and dissapointed about my loss not being as big as I thought the leader always encouraged us by saying .2 is better then nothing....think of it as loosing a stick of butter! so .4 is…
  • My dd just turned 3 in aug. and she's not napping any more  she just stopped sleeping at nap time. Instead she would just sit in her room. I still enforce quiet time, she can lay there, read a book or anything that includes her in the room quietly. That way I keep my sanity and she gets a little rest. If she's having…

  • I'm trying with the motivation :flowerforyou: I figure the more I keep saying it to myself and other people the easier it should become....*work in progress* LOL One word for the halloween candy....FREEZER. It's awsome, if you like me I hate to waste things and just throw it away, yet I wouldn't know where to donate it…
  • No worries, I don't plan on dwelling on the 2 lbs to much.. I"m in this for the long haul so I'm trying to keep a positive attitude and keep on trucking  I am so very proud of myself tonight, my dh and I went to the gym tonight and was hoping to get into the weight training class. Unfortunately getting 2 kids out of…
  • Good morning everyone! Sounds like everyone had a great weekend, myself included. The kids had a blast first year they actually said Trick or treat LOL I didn't do well with candy, I ate some for sure. I didn't even really want any but it was just sitting there so I just reached over and grabbed some. Probably had 8-10…
  • I LOVE the old fashioned oats with peanut butter & raisins. 322 calories and it's SOO yummy !
  • Trish- i'm sorry you don't feel well, I hope you get better soon. Walking around walmart is a great workout. I used to do that when I was pregnant and couldn't go outside with the weather. Feels great to when you get a few "laps" in and then you walk out with out buying anything
  • I bought the Polar F11. I LOVE IT. So much more reliable then the machines at the gym. Or even compared to what MFP says for some workouts. For instance for spinning I entered in the stationary bike vigirous effort and it gave me like 900+ calories but according to my HRM I burned 550. Don't get me wrong i'd love to have…

  • CONGRATS :flowerforyou: I didn't notice it right away until someone else pointed it out, I get a little mixed up sometimes after its moved. Then I second guess myself if it actaully had, or if I wasn't paying enough attention
  • Great workout! That's awsome, I"m going to try for a big workout day today, bbq + drinking with good friends this weekend is encouragement for some heavy workouts the next few days. • Right there with ya stacey. I keep waiting for that "ahh haa" moment and I know that isn't going to happen. I had a very trying weekend and I come to realize I am the only one to stop my bad habits. I do this to myself, no one is shoving food down my throat. I don't know why I fall back into bad habits but it does happen…
  • oh yeah, definately sounds like water retention. I had margaritas a few months back and the next morning I had gained 5lbs! I felt like a failure but I didn't know at the time it was just water and in a few days it disapeared and then some. Just drink extra water today and you should be good to go :flowerforyou:
  • I just LOVE shopping in my closet. So many things in there that have potential  I did the same thing a few days ago and I can finally wear a pair of pants that never have but the size thing is really a bummer. I can wiggle into a 10 on some, but others I have that are 11 & 12's are so depressing I can hardly get…

  • It does have strength in it. There are 3 levels so when you feel up to it you move up, I did each level almost 2 weeks to give my body time to adjust and it got easier. She does 2 minutes of cardio, 2 minutes of strength, 1 minute abs.. then repeats. Each time you repeat it will be different exercises. The video says a 20…
  • Just wanted to say I did my 30 day shred today and I can SOOO tell I need to get back into it. I've taken a break lately from it and was Seriously suprised today when I did level 3 and felt light headed and out of breath. thinking i'll start back at level 1 and cruise through it a bit faster but ease myself into it again…
  • We used to live in ak so we had halibut ALL the time. You can do anything with fish that you could do with say chicken. Taco's, lasagna, bake it, broil it, pan fry. Halibut parmesan is good to. If you want any recipes just let me know, some I just throw together but I can give you an idea of what to put in it.
