Some may be part of a bigger training group, like myself. I mainly speak to everyone on my friends list here, in our private group on facebook. We look at each others diaries, offer support, kick each others butts when we need to and help each other along the way. It's great to interact with everyone.

That's awesome! Tomorrow is my 3rd day on MFP and I love it already! I had lost 21lbs before joining but this past month I really got off track and was having such a hard time getting back on track. Glad I joined, I can already tell this is exactly what I need. =)

I'm hoping to lose 76lbs total. My immediate goal is to get down 20lbs by my friends wedding in October. =)

My ultimate goal is to lose 76lbs (216 to 140). If I lose 50 I would be ecstatic! My immediate goal is to lose 20lbs by my friends wedding in October. I'm hoping to finally stick through this and not cave in. =)

I just recently finished 50 shades of Grey and The Lucky One by Nicholas Sparks. I don't have much time to read as much as I would like. Right now I am reading Oh Crap Potty Training lol...need to get my daughter potty trained. =)
