Chicken breast! Low cal & you can eat enough to feel full. We even make low cal Buffalo sauce for it with Frank's Hot Sauce & Move Over Butter.

Lots of boneless skinless chicken breast. So many good ways to fix it, & you can eat a lot for not too many calories.

Life is too short to care so much about someone getting a "perk" you didn't. Before I express my opinion, I have to give a little background. While I'm very overweight, I've never had a problem paying for the extra seat on a plane, or standing for a concert because I wouldn't be comfortable in the seat. I've done a very…

Welcome, and congratulations! 90 lbs in 9 months is a serious goal. But the important thing to keep in mind is that you're changing your habits and that as time goes by your fitness will reflect that. This site has worked well for me because I've continued to eat the foods I want, so I don't feel like I'm dieting or…

I'm not a fan of obviously fake ones, but I am definitely a fan of yours (but not in a creepy way) ; D Oh hell, I'm a fan of all of them! Well except for mine that is. That, along with a lot of other parts of me is why I'm here.

if you don't want to skip a day, you should at least work different body parts so that the muscle groups have time to recuperate.

That's working for me so far. But eventually, when I get closer to my goal weight it'll be a lot tougher.

I hadn't noticed the skin thing. What I have always noticed is that half the people who post these pics, take them in rooms with unmade beds and piles of clothes everywhere. : D

That's the best thing about using MFP, an occasional day off the horse won't undo you for too long. Just get back on track and don't let it get you down. I eat whatever I want, just in amounts that'll keep me under my calories, so I never feel like I'm depriving myself too much. Makes it easier to stick with it.

Welcome! Nights are my snack time too. I keep a big glass of Crystal Light by me, and stick to low cal snacks. 100 cal bags of kettle corn, 60 cal jello pudding, and mini rice cakes. I just stick to the calorie limits that MFP gives me, and eat what I want so I don't really feel like I'm dieting or depriving myself.

40 pounds by Christmas is definitely doable. I've been losing 1-2/week without any exercise. Just by trying to stick to the calories MFP gives me, set to lose 2/week. Go for it!

It freezes really well if you put it in vacuum bags. Then warm it up in hot water & it's just like fresh.

Mmmm... I love smoking pork! I usually freeze some leftovers. I put enough for 2 sandwiches each in a few vacuum sealer bags.
