Come on, what's not to love about a restaurant whose tainted chicken turns customers into Native American Chicken Zombies??? But I'm afraid I'm biased. If you only watched the first 30 min, then you missed the song I sing.

Wow, I feel like such a degenerate. I love most of these movies being mentioned.

I treat MFP and counting calories like a game. If I can stay under and do what I should for the day, I win. It works most of the time for me that way.

Definitely they're all beautiful. Especially the first one with the tats (no "tats" isn't a typo)! And the thread starter is a knockout herself with those great eyes, and everything else!

I love them. I cook up at least a 5lb package every week. I brine them for an hour then smoke them. Super moist & tender, and a terrific flavor. Sometime for a change I'll marinade them in State Fair Chicken Marinade for 12 hours before I smoke them. Either way they're great by themselves, or on a sandwich or salad.

It's important to change it up so it doesn't get too repetitive. My recommendation is to do the alphabet!

Whatever you do, brine them first. 1 hour in a brine of 1/2 gal buttermilk, 1/2 gal water, 1 cup salt, will make it the most incredible moist chicken breast. I choose to put mine in a smoker after brining, then finish them on the grill just long enough to crisp up the outside. Comes out fantastic every time!

Way to get yourself rebooted and back into a healthier lifestyle. You'll do great! Just don't let numbers get you down. Stick with what feels good. : )

I played a perverted, hot dog eating gym coach in Troma's newest film.

In a case like this I'd just search canned stews and pick one in the middle. But next time, the recipe calculator on the mfp site is a great help.

I Inject with beef broth, then rub with kosher salt & coarse ground pepper. Wrap and put in fridge overnight. While the smoker pre-heats, re-season with a little more salt & pepper. Smoke at 225-240 until the brisket reaches 165, then double wrap in foil and keep cooking til it reaches 190-200. It's done when the…

Don't throw in the towel, you can still do it. My back keeps me from doing much of anything, and the weight still comes off. Not as fast as if I'd exercise, but it still does. Just don't start in too drastically. Stick to the recommendations this site gives you as far as calories, & the numbers will start going in the…

I almost think the finality of the last time is easier to deal with. Yes it's over, but no more what if questions, and the day to day tension ends, mostly. Hope it doesn't come to that. Hugs!

Makes *kitten* easier.

I try to do it first. Helps me make better decisions. Most of the time. ; )

Couldn't agree more! This is why mfp works for me. I can still eat the foods I want. I just have to pay attention & be careful of quantity. Doing this has the weight coming off slowly & steadily, without me giving up like I would with other more restrictive diets.

I was heartbroken when they changed the bumper stickers so you couldn't make them say that. Gotta go with Pump & Munch. Can't beat a snack afterwards!
