i think i'm doing pretty good. started at 245 and i weighed a few days ago and was down to 241 i wanted to lose 30 by christmas so hopefully i can get there!!! and good job to all of you losing weight. it's not easy. way to stick it out :drinker:

Eat a piece! And if you feel guilty about it afterwards, burn the cals that you went over by, or if you didn't go over, burn half of the cals it was worth. So if it was 400 cals you went over by, burn 200. And so you don't crave a second piece, drink one to two cups of water before you eat the cake so you feel fuller…

I try to exercise it off or at least as much of it as I can. Like during commercial breaks, jog in place. Its about 44 cals in 3 mins. Do this throughout the day it will really add up. Also before you eat, drink 2 cups of water. No cals and you will be fuller and eat less which means eating less cals. But if its like 1000…
