I have only done the first 2 weeks, so I am no expert, but you need to make it faster on the running/jogging bits. I do 5kph walk and 6.7kph jog. It is slow but I am new to jogging so it's a good speed for me at the moment. On the c25k website it says, if you can run any slower, then you are running too fast. Slow it down!…

I put flaxseeds in my smoothies. My personal opinion is the oil is only part of the flaxseeds so only part of the goodness. I would opt for the seeds :-)

I like a bowl of porridge oats with a small spoon of honey, today I had a bowl of allbran.

Fruit is good for you, one small smoothie a day is good for you... I love them! Cut down on other carbs, i.e. potatoes, rice etc and your sugars/carbs should be ok. I like to add wheatgerm, flaxseeds and sometimes spirulina to my smoothies to make them that little bit healthier!

I feel good about myself!! I even go to the gym in lycra/gym clothes and don't care who sees my wobbly bits lol. I also walk past the chocolate/sweet isle every time I go shopping, something I have not been able to do in years :-D I also feel bad on the days I don't make the gym... something I NEVER thought I would do!!!

So many people are saying have a smoothie/fruit but they are high carbs/sugar not protein. A small omelette with ham would be high protein. Also very filling and you won't need a big dinner later.
