I started at 1200 calories but when I started doing more activity I hit a plateau and everyone told me to bump up my calories. I was like "Eat more to lose?! That doesn't make any sense!" I took the day off from running because my foot has been a tad sore (I barefoot run). I haven't taken the day off since I started a few weeks ago so I feel a little off today! I can't wait to run tomorrow :)

Thanks for the lean boy mass tip! I think I'll change it to around 97 as that's my lean body mass according to a calculator I found online. I'll have to step it up to get that much each day!

I track Calories Carbs Fat Protein Fiber Sodium I honestly should pay more attention to these. When I am way over in sodium I try to drink more water but really it just gives me a reference point if I wake up bloated (went over on sodium) or if at the end of the day i'm still starving (not enough fiber) I am thinking of…

I'm basically at maintenance and I eat between 1600 and 2100 a day. Usually close to 2000.

It came off very quickly at first... and then tapered and the last 90 days I've only lost about 4 pounds. The last 10 pounds were a LOT harder than the first. I found the more weight I lost the more energy I had to work harder! You can totally do it by July!!!

I used to when I had my activity level set lower as my job is a cook in a kitchen that prepares food for around 800 people every day. I have a Westie who has lots of allergies (mainly environmental) and I feed her Fromm. It is pretty expensive ($35 for 12lbs) but she is small and her allergies are completely unnoticeable now. I figure it is the only thing she gets to eat so I want it to be the best for her.
