It's delicious but a "Tall" (the smallest) is 200 calories so be careful! I've been making some room for it every now and then because it is good! The dunkin donuts Pumkin Spice Coffee is also good - a medium is 160 calories.
-
wow 1125 seems kind of low to me! I'd eat all your calories back for a week - see how that goes and then adjust.
-
I told myself this is going to be the rest of my life. I stopped making goals, I just live. For me - the goals set too much pressure on myself. I stay within my calories and so far, i've been steadily losing. I tell myself to have patience, this isnt a fad diet where I will lose 20 pounds fast, then gain 30 back. Keep…

Also some advice - don't look at this as depriving yourself. Look at it as balancing. You need a chocolate fix? OK - add it to your food log, then eat a little less at dinner, or walk it off. I wanted a Starbucks pumpkin spice latte like nobodys business but it was 260 calories. So I waited for the weekend, ate a little…

^^ THIS! I was like uh whats the moral of the story here??? lmao

I buy that and the butterball turkey strips (ready to eat). Mix them together and you have a really low calorie meal. I even added some whole wheat pasta to bump the calories up a little bit.
-
try buying the ready made veggies that you only have to steam (in a microwave) and squeeze some fresh lemon on them. Its fast easy and low calorie.
-
Congrats and welcome! Make vegetables your best friend - low cal. I munch on baby carrots to get me through the day - but I make sure I measure them out first so I know exactly how many calories i'm eating. When I first started I bought some vanilla frozen yogurt to get me through sweet cravings (1/2 cup = 200cals) and I…

If im really craving something, i'll have a small amount and add it to my calories, then eat less at dinner. I dont deprive myself of anything so I find that i dont splurge.

Loved this post - you are a great writer! I agree - on MFP we have to do what is best for us. Too much criticism can be too stressful. Good job with the weight loss!

My Aunt converted to being a muslim and she declined her neice's wedding because there would be alcohol and she doesnt believe she should be around alcohol. Her neice respected her beliefs to the extend that she was OK with her not attending, and they moved on. Sometimes it does matter to people of different faiths.

Forget the wedding decor. You both need to sit down and figure out the MAJOR stuff (holiday celebrations, etc) before you even get to decorating for the wedding day. How did this stuff not come up while you were dating?
-
Oh! Didnt realize - thanks!

I clicked on that and it took me to the message board main page

I am the same way I track EVERYTHING! LOL

Coffee! I always hear "to much caffeine this, too much caffeine that" - I changed my creamer to "no-fat" creamer but thats as far as I will go!
-
Giants fan here!! But my hubby is a Cowboy's fan. Go G-men!
-
Congrats! Crossing that bridge into the next set of numbers is exciting!

^ thank you

As I said, most days I stuff myself as well to get to 1200. It's about WHAT you eat that keeps you full throughout the day. Yes I am a special and unique snowflake, but not because 1,200 calories fills me. LOL
-
I thought the same thing but it's not as hard as you think! Friend me and look at my diary if you'd like - Most days I am UNDER 1300 (to my disbelief) and I dont make complicated meals.
-
I definitely told my husband because well, we live together and I don't want to hide the fact that I am making big changes. We grocery shop together and eat dinner together every day so I can't hide the fact that my meals are radically different. He is greatly supportive of me though, I can't imagine hiding any aspect of…

WOW!! You look amazing, but what i'm most happy about is that you are feeling good - physically and emotionally! Keep up the good work, you are making so much progress in all aspects of yourself!

After her reality show, she admitted she played the "dumb blonde" because it sold. She's no fool, she knows what she is doing and she knows she is making herself appear "normal" so women post-pregnancy who are trying hard to lose the weight will relate to her. I actually respect her as a businesswoman - she's insanely…
