I just decided to take a look at my sodium intake...it's 1,900 - 2,500 every day. I only checked because this week I feel a bit bloated. What do you reccomend for a daily sodium intake maximum??

Too Few Calories Today
So I am about 440 calories UNDER my daily goal. I don't want to go into starvation mode but i'm really not hungry. I don't want to eat a cup of frozen yogurt just to hit my goal...or should I? Cant believe I am worrying about being under LOL

Water?
I was wondering what the benefits are to adding glasses of water to your day? I hate water but if it will help me lose i'll try to sneak some cups in every day. Just wondering if its worth it? I dont drink soda or sugar filled juices, so it's not like i'll be exchanging soda for water. What are the benefits? Thanks! Cindy
