I just decided to take a look at my sodium intake...it's 1,900 - 2,500 every day. I only checked because this week I feel a bit bloated. What do you reccomend for a daily sodium intake maximum??

I wish I could keep my sodium that low! *is jealous*

as long as you don't have a medical condition that needs to limit your sodium intake, those numbers are just fine.

Yup, just fine. Drink plenty of water, it'll wash right on through with out any problem.

    Feeling bloated? Drink more water.

You are right there! I keep mine around 2000 and at times that can be very hard.

When you eat foods high in sodium it's good to have some foods that are high in potassium as it helps with your sodium intake.

1,800 to 2,300mg daily. The lower the better.

Thank you everyone! I feel a lot better. I'll keep drinking that water and having potassium.
