I am trying to find a good balance Lizziebeth! My first week I wasnt getting enough calories, then another week I didnt do very well at all. I am having the same issue, I am trying to eat 1200 calories but then I am working out once or twice a day and burning 400 or 500 calories, then my app tells me I need to replace them or I am not getting enough calories, I know what you mean, it is easy to get those extra calories at McDonalds but I want to get healthier…
