At this point for me.....those 15 lbs I want to loss are just being stubborn! So I'm putting my efforts in staying fit and healthy way of eating. About a month ago I started Jamie Eason's 84 day workout program and it's going well. Tomorrow's LEG day!

I love fb charge hr, but for workouts I use a heart rate monitor! For a heart rate monitor, you need to find one that fits your needs. I have a very basic one, FT4 Polar and I'm fine with that.

I highly recommend the Fitbit Charger HR. There are 2 Charger models, one with the heart rate and 1 w/o. I have had a fb for 1.5 years and I wear it everyday. The company stands behind their products too if a problem should arise. There's a cool interactive app too !
