I've lost 85lbs and have kept it off for over 3 years and yes I still feel fat. I still see fat. I still need to lose fat, my bmi is still higher than I want it to be. It is very upsetting!

I hope you realize that your body will eventually suffer from malnutrien. It happened to me once. I was over exercising and not eating enough. Full time CNA working 10pm to 6am.... I sleep from 9am to 4pm. Do my workouts in the AM right after work. Eat breakfast @ 4pm maybe a snack around 6pm then lunch @ 9pm. If you carry alot of weight in the same area like I did (my stomach and inner thighs) then maybe... Everyone is different I've seen on here where ppl have no noticable loose skin and look fantastic.... However, some ppl have alot of loose skin that need to have surgery to remove.
