Don't worry about how fast you are going, actually I would make an effort to run slower. Make sure you have good shoes. Pay attention to your body, you can run through annoyance, but if it hurts…

I read a post the other day that said "Fitness is like a marriage, you can't cheat on it and expect it to work."

Thank you for your response! These are the kind of sucess stories I am looking for. I have been doing a lot of research on the product because I have worked so hard to get to and maintain the weight and fitness level I am currently at and I don't want to take any steps back. I just started week 3 of Insanity yesterday. I am loving every minute. (Or at least I keep telling myself that  ) Have lost a few inches and am down 3lbs.

I googled a few before I bought my new one and then logged into Amazon.com and bought it from there vs. the big chain stores. Their prices can't be beat and they have very fast shipping. I ordered mine on a Monday and it was delivered Thursday of the same week!

I have been doing Insanity for a while and just invested in a HRM. The circuit training on here was way under estimating my calories burned. I bought my HRM off Amazon. I ordered it on a Monday and it was at my house on Thursday that same week. Good luck!

I am on my 2nd week of Insanity. I haven't weighed myself yet, Im holding off till the end of this week. I did, however, measure myself today and I have lost 1/2 inch from my waist! I love this workout!!

I am on week 2 of Insanity and loving every minute of it! In the 1st week I lost 1/2 inch off my waist. I am not really looking to lose weight as much as toning myself. I wake up every morning excited to do my workout and have noticed an increase in energy throughout my day. Good luck!!
