  • I don't really drink protein shakes, but I always eat Nature's Valley Protein granola bars after I workout. Packs an extra 10 grams! I also love tuna, one can has 26 grams of protein!
  • Mojito's are pretty low in cals compared to most other sweet drinks. Also, lighter colored alcohol like vodka, clear gin, and silver tequila are lower in cals than darker colored alcohol like whiskey. Shots would be your best bet, or mix it with diet soda!
