A quick way to shred chicken is to put the chicken in your kitchen aid mixer with the paddle attachment and let it go. The chicken needs to be hot and it works very quickly. I boil my chicken. Doesn't take long.

My Zumba instructor says we burn between 400-800 calories each 60 min session. Depends on each individual's effort. I burn 700 regularly. LOVE it!

I am just starting on my journey and sometimes it is disheartening to think that even after I reach my goal... which I WILL... that it will still be a battle. Not necessarily.... Depends on how hard she was working. You go Girl! I get a lot more calories burned when I work at a higher intensity and can burn 800 calories in an hour when I over do it. If you workout hard and for a long time you could log that many. I wouldn't et it all back though... but I am scared to eat too…

I don't have a treadmill in my home so isn't always an option. I do push it when I do workout. Too hard sometimes because my heart rate goes too high. That will improve as I get into better shape. I'd live to do a Zumba class everyday but that's just not possible. :(

I haven't bought them either... thinking of getting a couple off ebay. I enjoy the Zumba classes at my gym but I am not sure how it would work in my carpeted living room.
