My heart rate recovery time is soooo much shorter than it used to be! Yippeee! Means I am getting healthier. I am finally seeing my collarbones! Oh how I have missed you! My husband noticed and thinks even my shoulders are looking pretty alluring now too. :) I have more confidence and feel so much better. If losing almost 30 pounds feels this good... I can't wait for thirty more!!

Made spaghetti and meatballs tonight.... Portion so small!
Three small meatballs, 3 oz of pasta, and less than half a cup of sauce was 525 calories! I used to eat three to four times that amount of pasta or more. Cleaned out my frig!
Yeah! Job needed to be done. So need to go shopping and stock up on yogurt, eggs, chicken, salmon, salad greens. Finding it hard to exercise more than three days a week
I would like to get a workout in at least four days a week. Finding it hard. Anyone else trying to increase their fitness levels? I am doing Zumba on Mondays at the gym. Treadmill at my in-laws on Tuesdays. Personal Trainer on Thursdays. My two kids and housework, errands take up the rest. Looking forward to cooler weather…
