True. Hadn't thought about that. Our situation is exactly that. I am trying to lose and husband is trying to gain muscle. So same message wouldn't work.

I agree. Just was wondering what other people's experiences were with PT's. Going the extra mile in any business is always appreciated though.

yeah... not all clients would appreciate the extra help.... some might call it nagging and be irritated and quit.

I did that... Knew it was going to be small. Used an oval small dish. Was pretty to look at. Drank water inbetween each bite and savored every morsel. Even used the meatball to scrape the sides to gett all the sauce. Yum!

I feel for you all dealing with Sandy. We live in Texas and hurricanes are nothing to sniff at. Thankfully, we don't have snow and 30 degree weather to contend with after. So glad your power is back! Have fun restocking! Way to thing positively!

Fajitas are great... chicken or steak... just ask if they add butter. Count out your chips and put them on your plate so you won't be tempted to keep reaching into the basket. Street tacos are great. Ask for charro or barracho beans instead of refried. Skip the rice. I love mexican and don't order the cheese enchiladas…

Thanks kjjm08! It cropped half of the pic off... but you all get the idea. The other doors have a ton of salad dressings on one shelf... butter that has NEVER lasted sooo long before on the top shelf. I used to buy one lb a week. New it's maybe once a month if that.... maybe two.

You are definitely doing it right.... 105 lbs!!! You rock! And yes... I find that I buy too much at once and have veggies everywhere but don't always use them in time. I so need to plan my meals better or buy less at a time and go to the store more often.

Great suggestions....gonna Try them myself.... But I do like the gym...and my trainer and classes....harder to break that schedul than with myself at home.... Too many distractions.

I did it! Burned 299 calories according to my HRM doing a gold gym DVD. PROUD OF MYSELF FOR DOING IT. Yeah! Going to chug some water.... Take a shower, wake the kids, and enjoy my salmon and salad.

No... Goal is not too low... I had a plan... But kept nibbling. Next plan is avoidance... Hold out for quality pizza in smaller quantity . :)

Diary is open now. I used to eat 1200 but finding that harder to do... Changed the settings but still is hard. Did great the first month... Harder as I keep going. So thankfully for all ths support.
