I have a few mini goals along the way and one final goal with a big reward. So far I've got, a picnic in a nice seaside town, buy a new book, a facial, order some new makeup, a nice item of clothing, a night at a B&B (that one's the next to last) and my final goal has a visit to a huge shopping centre for a new wardrobe.

Paul, I'll be thinking about you on Monday. I'm sure you'll be fine. Like the previous poster said, follow the rules and work hard. You'll do great!

That's great! I noticed today that a cute little jacket I had in my closet now fits me, it was so great :)

I can't afford therapy but I'm well aware that I'm morbidly obese because of a food addiction. I know I'll struggle emotionally when I can't reach for food to comfort me but I feel like my life is under control and that I'll be able to deal with it. My husband is very supportive and so are my friends.
