I am a virology grad student (PhD), I try to work out in the gym before class/work. Then do my at home workouts before bed. Its not easy balancing it all...but the workouts really help with my stress levels though.

Ok! I cant believe I'm still on track! Day 6 tonight, and i'm still on Level 1...those pushups are still killing me Tape says I've lost 2 inches from my waist and 1 inch from my hip. No difference in weight though :(....but no stopping now!!

Bought a BodyMedia FIT today, which is just like a BodyBugg, I'm still checking it out, but I think it will definitely help me set goals and limits for myself that really match my body, and not generated by some program :)
