Bump....because I'm in the same exact situation and i hope we can get more answers/suggestions. My son is a little over one so i only breastfeed now 2-4x a day, but the weight's not budging. I was eating 1400-1500 net cals. This week I've lowered the exercise and uppedmy cals to 1600...hopefully that helps.

I am 204lbs, 5'7...I wear size US 14 jeans (UK 16), and US 12 (UK 14) pants for work. In 2011 i was 240lbs wearing US 18/20 (UK 20/22) I'm aiming for ~170lbs, dunno what size I'll be then...maybe US 8 or 10... I am female! :D

Hi! I just had my son, he's 4 months now. I gained 40lbs while I was pregnant, finally lost it all, just by going back to work and breastfeeding. Before I got pregnant I was on a journey to lose 70lbs...I have about 36lbs to go! Feel free to add me, I also do Turbofire :)

Tried some, not tooo bad...but they tasted metallic to me...like a bad aftertaste that didnt go away. Plus the ingredient list read like a chemistry textbook....things I couldnt pronounce.

I drink out of a 16oz (2 cups) water bottle. I refill it 6 times during the day... On MFP I record 12 cups :)

My belly, and bra band were first to shrink... I can see my riibcage but I still have thunder thighs At one point my measurements were 35 bra band 40 stomach 49 hips...UGH But, things are leveling out now, lol. TG!!

Not sure I understand ur question....Every food has calories. Anything you put in your mouth, chew and swallow has calories.

3-5lbs....hate it, it takes about a week after i'm done to go away too. So i have 2 weeks a month to lose, because I know the other two weeks will be taken up. HATE IT
