    Mon: 194 - Jillian Michaels 30 day shred
    Tues: 630 - 30 min treadmill, 30 min elliptical
    Wed: Day off
    Thur: 680 - 29 min elliptical, 25 min treadmill
    Fri: 855 - 65 min elliptical, 13 min treadmill
    Sat: Day off
    Sun: 745 - 35 min elliptical, 40 min treadmill

    Total: 3104
    Well....I was a little short (396 calories to be exact) but that could have been remedied by only taking 1 day off instead of 2....or having a more intense workout on Monday....

    Is there a new challenge for next week?

    Tues: 469 (66 minutes on Treadmill, 16 minutes Pilates)
    Wed: 618 (60 minutes Running on Air Stepper Machine at the gym)
    Thur: 549 (65 minutes Elliptical machine)
    Fri: 659 (65 minutes Running on Air Stepper Machine at the gym)
    Sat: 372 (48 minutes walking, 16 minutes Pilates, 24 minutes Wii Gold's Gym Dance
    Sun:551 (65 minutes Elliptical Trainer)
